A little bit about our process:
Our link building campaigns are six months long and can be stopped or continued after each six month push. Our base rate is $1500 per month and that covers the cost of acquiring new links for your website. We spend about $500 to $800 per month on buying new in bound links that target the important pages of your website. The monthly budget is used to get your website listed in the right places, depending on the industry that you’re in. The remainder of your monthly budget is used for the labor of the management of your link building campaign.
We handle all of this and more for you:
- Monthly phone meetings to discuss, communicate and improve the campaign progress
- Finding permanent links that last the lifetime of the site (as opposed to links that renew annually)
- Researching and emailing prospective link partners
- Following up with key websites that don’t answer the first email
- Paying for your links using your monthly budget
- Scouting for blogs or new websites to link to you
- Social bookmarking for your website
- Social media marketing (linkedin, plaxo, faves.com etc.)
- Running and publishing search engine positioning reports each month
- Managing the entire list of incoming links that have been acquired for your website
At the beginning of every month we provide you with a report in excel of all the new links we have acquired for your website during the previous month. So as you can see from the list above, there is a lot of specialized production work involved and it would take at least one full time very skilled person or a whole team to accomplish what we do for your link building project every month.
We like to think of it as you are hiring that full time person to manage your website, link building, domain names, hosting and entire online marketing campaign. Except, instead of paying for an extra hourly wage for an experienced website manager/seo person – you save because you don’t have the extra employee expenses of the computer, health insurance, vacations, taxes, employee management, sick days, etc. The value probably ranges but we estimate we save business around $2000 to $4000 per month because you’re not paying that $50k annual salary. On top of that, if you were paying a salaried person you would still have to give them a competitive link building budget in order to buy new links every month for the search engine ranking efforts.
Because we’ve been doing this for a long time, we already have a proven business model and efficient team in place to handle these types of projects. We’ve been told we have a good product and offer it at a great price. And of course, we are proud of the search engine rankings we have established too!
